Project Scope

The Duke Apartment Homes complex, formerly named HB Terrace Apartments, was originally built in 1988, 4 stories-80 units. Pinnacle reached out to MSI for help to give this mini complex a face-lift. We performed an on-site visit, took pictures, prepared a current state presentation & had our graphic team provide design concept options. Client selected one of the concepts & off we went into fabrication.
