Horse Creek Ridge

Project Scope

Design, fabrication and installation of custom signs for the Horse Creek Ridge master plan that includes 7 communities, 1 clubhouse with pool, 1 recreational center with pool, 8 pocket parks, 1 sports complex and a commercial center.

This was DR Horton’s first Master Plan Community, and it was important for them to work with a company they had a strong relationship with & could count on to have the same passion to execute their vision. This project has been in the planning stages since 2014. MSI’s team worked closely with DR Horton’s Division President, Marketing, Land Development, Purchasing, Construction, outside consultants, advertising firm, and various trades. Constant communication & team meetings were a necessity during the entire process in effort to have everything come together successfully.

Products/Services Offered

Design, fabrication and installation of signs to include primary and secondary monuments, off-site signs, flags, kiosks, main ID’s, model tour signs, future site signs, awnings and custom rustic barn door cut out logo letters.
