Project Scope

The client, Bardis Homes, along with their marketing company reached out to MSI to put their design and vision into material form with signage.  For the next 10 months, MSI worked to come up with a fresh, clean sign design program that not only brought traffic to the community, but differentiated the product from a standard master plan.  This resonated with their target buyers: young professionals and empty-nesters. The Mill at Broadway’s signage program was conceptualized to be modern and forward-thinking, while at the same time capturing the industrial and historical nature of the site.  With succeeding in the signage program and making the clients very happy, we not only delivered the sign program on time but under their budget.  MSI took over the sign permitting 5 weeks prior to installation and was able to achieve permitting that would normally take up to 8 weeks in 3-4 weeks.
