Project Scope

In 2017 Pardee Homes in a joint effort with sister company TriPointe Homes requested the help of MSI to design a master plan signage program to implement at their new 4-project site in Santee, CA. MSI also provided design and production of displays, furnishings and model complex signage for the Pardee & TriPointe Homes sales offices.
