Divisional Capabilities

Fabrication occurs at all of MSI’s production facilities. Each facility has similar capabilities as well as unique specialties. A typical production facility includes a wood shop, paint shop, production art area with specialized printers for vinyl cut-out and large format print lay down capability. The facilities typically also provide storage areas for signs, flags, banners, weekend service products and sales offices furnishings.

In-House Fabrication

The Consolidated Division, located on the campus of the company headquarters near downtown San Diego, is MSI’s central manufacturing department; producing specialized interior and exterior signage, large format printing, metal work, cabinetry, furniture, displays, architectural and topographical models. The plant is structured to accommodate both small custom orders and large multifaceted projects. The facility is unique to the industry because of its ability to manufacture extremely diverse products.

Installation

The final step in a successful sign project is delivery and installation. Understanding and executing correct sign placement and installation methods is the key to completing a project successfully. Motivational Systems, Inc. requires all Installers to go through a certification process. This process ensures the highest quality and safety standards. In addition, we use our fleet of well-maintained delivery and installation vehicles ensuring products are delivered to the job site in excellent condition for installation.
