Ms. Cleary has received over forty building industry awards since joining MSI in 1983. Ms. Cleary received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University and a technical Degree in Commercial Art from Scottsdale Vocational Technical School. She is a NCIDQ and CCICD certified designer and has been a professional member of the American Society of Interior Design since 1986. Her specialty is sales gallery, display and furniture design. Ms. Cleary has well over 1000 sales gallery designs to her credit.
Mr. Bazner has been honored with numerous awards for his signage, brochure, and logo design since joining MSI in 1991. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Communications from San Diego State University and holds a technical diploma in Computer Graphics. Mr. Bazner's expertise is kept current through his membership and participation in the international organization The Society for Experiential Graphic Design.
Fabrication & Installation
With over 30 years of experience at MSI, Mr. Hastings is uniquely positioned to select, mentor and train production personnel in all facets of MSI’s production capabilities. Prior positions as a Production Advocate, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Installation Coordinator and Corporate Director of Production provide Mr. Hastings the background and experience to handle production and installation of MSI’s wide range of products. An experienced installation scheduler, he has participated in a number of complicated and challenging installations. His planning and organization, attention to detail, and meticulous approach coupled with his ability to supervise all size job crews, make Mr. Hastings a valuable asset on major production and installation projects.
Digital Displays & Interactives
Timm has worked in the multimedia industry for over 33 years. Before joining MSI, Timm gained experience as the Lead Programmer for Jostens Learning (the largest educational software company in the world); developed software for Smartcards; and then was the Senior Programmer at a leading design firm for multi-media. His scope of work has encompassed a wide variety of industries including real estate, hotels, airports, shopping centers, entertainment and solar power.
Mark Evans came to MSI in 1987 from David H. Gibson Co., Dallas Texas. He holds Associate of Arts Degrees in Model Making and in Architectural Drafting and Design and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Association of Professional Model Makers (APMM). Mr. Evans' thirty + years of extensive involvement with major architectural and land development projects from coast to coast has earned him an expert reputation - and the trust of many of MSI’s loyal clients.
Safety & Risk
Ms. Sanchez has specialized in human resources, health and safety at MSI. Ms. Sanchez has over 6 years of experience in workers’ compensation claims administration to include represented claims, specialized trainings with OSHA, ALICE, Suicide Prevention, HIPP, and it CPR & AED certified, and is currently progressing in her Human Resources Management Certification from San Diego State University. Responsible for MSI’s risk management, safety programs and safety trainings, Ms. Sanchez’s goal is to implement and integrate a companywide culture of safety awareness that helps support the prevention of work-related injuries and illness. Ms. Sanchez helps to reduce existing and new workers’ compensation claims to the minimal amount of time and cost and returns injured employees to work with a quick and full recovery.
Mr. Robson has dedicated seven years with MSI, first as a Production Manager for MSI’s Southern California Division, and as of 2013, Production Manager for MSI’s manufacturing Division. His position duties have included estimating, graphic design, production art, production management and project management. As Production Manager for the Consolidated Division, he assigns, schedules and directs our manufacturing team to develop and enhance his division’s service to our geographic locations and ultimately, MSI’s clients. Mr. Robson graduated from the Northwest College of Further & Higher Education in Derry, Ireland as well as obtaining a Higher National Certificate of Higher Education at Castlereagh College in Belfast, Ireland. Outside of MSI, Mr. Robson has worked directly with Disney Imagineering on engineering, design and manufacturing for Disney theme parks. Mr. Robson has based his career in and around the sign industry with daily fulfillment, challenges and rewards helping MSI remain a leader within our industry.
Mr. Christensen joined MSI in 2005 as an Account Associate, handling the project management of several national accounts including KB Home and Epcon Communities. In 2015 he was promoted to Division Manager of the Architectural Signage Division which is responsible for managing commercial and architectural projects through the bid, design, production, and installation processes. His attention to detail ensures that projects will come in on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards. During his tenure in this position, Mr. Christensen has gained a well rounded knowledgebase while partnering with various departments and divisions within the company. Client satisfaction is the key to his success.
