Project Scope

Design completion, fabrication & installation of core & shell signage and site signage.  MSI took designs prepared by the architect and created working designs by specifying materials and fabrication methods to execute the vision of the architect.  After completion of the core & shell signage program MSI was contracted for the same services for the site monumentation, pedestrian directional signage as well as amenity signage throughout the campus.

MSI was contracted with C.W. Driver for the core and shell signage and is currently contracted with the developer for the site signage.
