Project Scope

In 2005 Black Mountain Ranch, LLC approached MSI for help with a new master plan site in Del Sur, San Diego. MSI worked with Design Line Interiors on the client Sales Trailer and Information Center once construction was complete. MSI also provided master plan signage designs which included wayfinding kiosks, future facility and project ID’s.  Although the current master plan signage design today does not match the original designs of 2006, MSI has an active role with Lennar Homes to maintain wayfinding for the remaining projects.
